Totally Heart Events Packages

Just a crush:  Day of Coordination              

$1000

  • Initial meeting to discuss wedding/event details, theme, etc.
  • Consultation via phone and e-mail throughout the planning
  • THE to send any forms and To-Do List to assist the client in planning (if applicable)
  • Itinerary and day of planning session, conducted in conjunction with menu tasting at reception location
  • Oversee set up by event designer, florist, and any other vendors hired
  • Wedding rehearsal coverage
  • Wedding ceremony and reception coverage
  • Coordinate wedding party through rehearsal, ceremony, and reception

 

Falling in Love:  Partial Styling and Day of Coordination

$3000

  • Initial meeting to discuss wedding/event details, theme, etc.
  • Consultation via phone and e-mail throughout the planning.  Limited in-person meetings may be requested
  • Create a To Do List for client
  • Co-design wedding’s/event’s style and décor (cost of product is client’s)
  • Assist in the selection of all vendors involved
  • Assist in selection of invitation and Save the Date cards
  • Option for THE to handle all escort and place cards (cost of product is client’s)
  • Itinerary and day of planning session, conducted in conjunction with menu tasting at reception location
  • Work with the personnel at the ceremony and reception sites on all wedding/event day preparations and timing
  • Create a detailed Wedding/Events, Ceremony, and Reception Itinerary for all parties involved
  • Manage a Vendor List for all wedding/events, ceremony, and reception locations
  • Communication with all vendors prior to wedding

  • Initial meeting to discuss wedding/event details, theme, etc.
  • Consultation via phone and e-mail throughout the wedding planning.  In-person meetings may be requested
  • Create a To Do List for client
  • Design wedding’s/event’s style and décor (with client’s approval and cost of products is client’s)
  • Begin wedding website in conjunction with client, if desired
  • Assist in contracting wedding ceremony and reception location
  • Assist in the selection of all vendors involved in wedding/event
  • Negotiate all vendor contracts (client must sign contracts and gives deposits)
  • Review contracts and send wedding/event itinerary to all vendors two weeks prior
  • THE to handle all communication with vendors on client’s behalf
  • Select Save the Date cards and Invitations
  • THE to handle all escort and place cards (cost of product is client’s)
  • Meetings with both the personnel at the ceremony and reception site to determine wedding day specifics (preparations and timing)
